About me and my practice

I believe in the power of curiosity, connection, compassion, and challenge as catalysts for change. Being a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, means I honour the whole of your being and all your unique experiences. My background in Transactional Analysis gives us a valuable framework for unravelling relationship dynamics and communication patterns. I will draw on a variety of evidence-based theories to create a tailored approach that aligns with your individual needs.
Together, we'll unearth the roots of your pain, navigate new decisions, and cultivate resilience--empowering you to embrace positive changes.
Experience
For the past five years, I've been committed to supporting individuals with complex histories of trauma and abuse, including those with long-term physical symptoms such as chronic pain and fatigue.
Together, we'll work to manage both the emotional and physical symptoms, boost your confidence, and let go of any lingering shame you may be carrying.
I have practiced in Primary Care settings and Primary Schools. Most recently I co-developed a mental health project in the voluntary sector. There I specialise in therapy with older adults and am dedicated to increasing equitable access to underrepresented populations with critical needs.

BA Hons Anthropology & Minor in Medical Cell Biology ( Western University Canada)
